SMSrox Recommendation Program applies in any country, this means that you can get commissions from businesses in Indonesia (and other countries we plan to launch into).
For example: you don't know any business people in Indonesia, but you have a friend in Indonesia who knows a number of business people there. If your friend joined you, she will be a member in your Group 2, and any business that she has successfully recommended to be our clients will be your Biz 2. You are entitled to get 4% of the Monthly Fees of those Indonesian businesses.

Group 4
Our clients are required to pay their Monthly Fees every month. This means that you can
earn repeated commissions from month to month. Monthly Fees depends on the Plans that
businesses have chosen, which we can modify at anytime. Take a look at the current

Commissions from advertisements
In addition to Monthly Fees, you are also entitled to receive commissions from the advertising fees (at SMSrox.net) that we have received from businesses - the calculations and percentages are the same as above.
IMPORTANT: To receive commissions in full, you are required to have at least one (1) Biz 0 that is active (paying the License Fee). If you do not have at least one active Biz 0, you are only entitled to 50% of the commissions above.
Your Commissions
- Your commissions for the current month are payable on the 10th of the following month
providing the total is at least AU$50. If the total is less than AU$50, we will hold it till the
total reaches AU$50 or more.
- Your commissions will be paid to your Paypal account or directly to your bank account.
SMSrox Recommendation Program Agreement
This SMSrox Recommendation Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which the applicant ("you") agree to be bound by as a participant in SMSrox Recommendation Program ("Program") and which shall apply once your application to participate in the Program has been accepted and approved by SMSrox and its parent company Megaconnections Pty Ltd ("we") of Unit 24, 59-61 Wollongong Rd, Arncliffe NSW 2205 AUSTRALIA.
We are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, including intellectual property rights, contents, logos, style, design, look and feel, trademark, and a promotion system called SMSrox On-Demand System ("System"), including other versions in the future.
We intend to sell the license to use of our System to businesses through the SMSrox Recommendation Program ("Program"), however we reserve the right to sell using other means as we see fit.
(1) To enroll in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age, and are required to submit the SMSrox Recommendation Program Application form at our website. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of our decision. We reserve the rights to disapprove your application if we determine in our sole discretion that you are not suitable to be a participant in the Program at the time.
Following the approval of your application, we will issue you with a unique Program membership ID ("ID") and you will then be referred to as SMSrox Recommendation Program Member ("Member").

(2) Your activity a Member is strictly limited to recommending business people and friends to visit our website ("Website") using ways and methods that we have approved. If you wish to use other ways and methods, you musts obtain our permission before hand. Using a way or method that has not been approved by us is a serious breach, and may cause instant termination of this Agreement and thus cancellation of your membership. Further you must not make any statement either verbally or in writing about our System, Program, Company and Business that is untrue or misleading.
Should you own a website, you may place a link back to our Website, providing you have been given a written permission by us. We will evaluate your website, and if for any reason that we in our sole discretion deem your website is not suitable, we will not grant you the permission.
You must not employ another individual or entity to perform activities as set out in this Agreement on your behalf.
(3) Anti Spam Policy: You must not engage in any spamming or similar activities that relate or refer directly or indirectly to us, our Websites, System, Program, Company or Business.
(4) A business client ("Client") is a valid and legal business that has signed up and paid the fees due to use our System. Each Client shall be and remain to be our Client at all times. A Client that has signed up and quoted your ID is called Biz 0. You are entitled to receive commissions ("Commissions") for each Biz 0 in accordance to Clause (6) in this Agreement.
(5) Individual persons who are at least 18 years of age and have enrolled in the Program on our Website and quoted your ID as the sponsor will be included in your group (Group 1). The Members in your Group 1 may also recommend friends, and each individual persons who are at least 18 years of age who have joined the Program as a result of the recommendation of members in your Group 1 will also be included in your group (Group 2), and so on till Group 4. You are entitled to receive Commissions on each business tha becomes our Client as a result of the recommendation of members in your Group 1 to Group 4 in accordance to Clause (6) in this Agreement.
(6) We will pay you Commissions as set out in the SMSrox Recommendation Program in this website as amended by us from time to time. You are entitled to receive Commissions in full if you have at least one (1) active Biz 0 (active means that the business keeps using our System and pay the fees due each month). If you do not have at least one Biz 0, you are only entitled to receive half (50%) of the Commissions.
Your Commissions are in Australian Dollars. We will pay your Commissions monthly. Your Commissions for the current month are payable on the 10th of the following month providing the total amount is at least AUD $50. If the total amount is less than IDR 300,000, we will hold it until the total amount reaches AUD $50 or more.
(7) You will bear all costs and expenses incurred in connection with your activities as our Member of this Program and you hereby indemnify and keep us indemnified against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in any way related to your activities as our Member of this Program.
(8) You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You will not make any statement, either verbally or in writing that would contradict this Section. You will have no authority to make or accept any sales or offers or representations on our behalf. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any sick leave, employee taxation or similar matters, and accept no responsibility for the procuring or establishment of workers compensation insurance or other insurance or any other superannuation plan in respect to your activities as our Member as set out in this Agreement.
(9) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice sent to the other by email.
(10) We may amend this Agreement at our sole discretion at anytime, and will notify you of such amendments by email. Should you disagree with any of the amendments that we have made, you should immediately terminate this Agreement by a written notice to us.
(11) This document constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and no representations or warranties have been made or given by us or any of our officials or representatives to you other than those set forth in this Agreement.
